1. General
Welcome to Hasiru Farms Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By proceeding with any payment through our website or authorized Razorpay link, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all transactions made through our digital platforms for booking, purchasing, or availing our products and services.
2. Payment Gateway
All online payments made through our website are processed securely via Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Razorpay accepts various payment methods including debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
By using Razorpay, you acknowledge that:
- You are providing your financial information directly to Razorpay.
- Razorpay’s own terms of service and privacy policies apply to your use of their platform.
- Hasiru Farms does not store or have access to your complete payment details such as card numbers or passwords.
3. Payment Confirmation
- Upon successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message with transaction details.
- Payments will be considered complete only upon successful confirmation from Razorpay.
- Hasiru Farms is not responsible for delays or rejections due to payment gateway errors, insufficient funds, or incorrect information.
4. Booking and Token Payment
- Any payment made towards our farmland booking, project token, or related services shall be treated as an expression of interest and not a final sale until all legal documentation and agreements are duly executed.
- Token payments are non-transferable and may be adjusted against the final amount during registration or purchase completion.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or duplicate transactions verified by Razorpay and Hasiru Farms.
- Refund requests (if applicable) must be raised within 7 working days from the date of transaction via email at accounts@hasirufarms.com with proof of payment.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same mode of payment.
6. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes (GST or others) will be levied as per prevailing government norms.
7. Failed or Pending Transactions
- If your payment fails but funds are debited from your account, please contact accounts@hasirufarms.com with your transaction ID and payment screenshot.
- Razorpay and Hasiru Farms will jointly verify and resolve such cases within 7–10 working days.
8. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes related to online payments shall be handled in accordance with Indian laws under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
